Scott Collingwood

Scott started work as a surveyor's assistant in 1984 in Cairns with Charles O'Neill and Associates. In 1987 he attended the Queensland Institute of Technology in Brisbane, graduating in 1990 with a Bachelor of Applied Science – Surveying. In 2009, he started working FIFO in the Oil and Gas industry and worked in senior roles on major projects in QLD and WA, including the Gladstone LNG, Gorgon LNG and Sino Iron Ore. Scott later worked in Weipa, primarily on the Amrun Project for Rio Tinto. 

In 2020, Scott took a Senior Surveyor role with a local civil engineering firm, HEH Civil, with the task of building an in-house surveying capacity and machine control capability. He has built that into a team of 5 surveyors that are poised to grow with the company.
