Course Overview:
This course focuses on the general principles applied to the prevention and management of psychosocial hazards in the workplace.
Safework Australia released a new Code of Practice – Psychosocial Hazards in the Workplace. The Code provides practical guidance on how to comply with general and specific duties under the legislation.

On successful completion of this course, participants will be issued with a Certificate of Completion.
Meet Your Trainer - Mark Small:
Mark Small, a seasoned trainer with over 20 years of experience in safety roles, will be leading the course. His extensive background includes roles as a trainer for Surf Life Saving, Master SCUBA Instructor, Maritime lecturer, and WHS Trainer. Mark's credentials include being a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Health & Safety and an Adjunct Lecturer with Edith Cowan University. His vast experience spans several industries, including petroleum, mining, rail, maritime, building, and construction.

Each course requires a minimum number of participants to proceed. If enrolment numbers are below the required threshold, the course will be cancelled and, where possible, rescheduled. Registrants will be notified of the cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date via the email address provided at registration.
