Course Overview:
This 4-day course aims to improve your management skills and provide you with the tools to communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle from a field surveyor perspective. In today’s increasingly matrixed work environment, managing projects that cross job functions, geographies, and seniority is increasingly commonplace. Yet it is estimated that up to 70% of projects do not meet their original objectives, stay within their defined scope, schedule or agreed-to budget. This course will provide technical and graduate surveyors the opportunity to control their projects in a more effective way.
Optional Extra: participants of this course have the option (for an additional fee of $500 GST Exempt) to complete an assessment project to obtain a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment for unit BSBPMG430 Undertake Project Work

Each course requires a minimum number of participants to proceed. If enrolment numbers are below the required threshold, the course will be cancelled and, where possible, rescheduled. Registrants will be notified of the cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date via the email address provided at registration. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method (processing may take 2–3 business days), or a credit can be applied to the rescheduled course.
