Samantha Robinson

Samantha brings together expertise in vocational education, work health and safety, auditing and incident investigation to lead Industry Training Alliance’s training operations.

As RTO Manager, Samantha oversees training quality, compliance and student support, working closely with trainers, employers and industry partners to ensure ITA’s courses are practical, relevant and responsive to industry needs. She is passionate about helping students build the skills and confidence to apply their learning in the workplace.

Alongside her education leadership role, Samantha is an experienced QHSE consultant, lead auditor and lead investigator. Her work includes reviewing management systems, investigating workplace incidents and helping organisations manage risks, including psychosocial hazards.

As ITA’s lead WHS trainer, Samantha draws on this practical experience to make complex requirements clear and accessible. Her approach combines real workplace examples with straightforward guidance, helping participants understand their responsibilities and turn that knowledge into meaningful action.
