Michelle Blicavs is Chief Executive Officer of Industry Training Alliance and Surveyors Australia, bringing extensive experience in industry advocacy, association leadership and workforce development.

Michelle represents employers in national discussions on skills, training and workforce policy through her involvement in ACCI, COSBOA and ITECA Skills Working Groups. She also serves on the BuildSkills advisory board, contributing industry insight to workforce planning and the development of qualifications that meet employers’ needs.

As CEO of Surveyors Australia since 2017, Michelle works with government, education providers and industry leaders to address workforce shortages, strengthen professional standards and build pathways into surveying. She brings this national perspective to ITA, connecting training delivery with the skills businesses need and the opportunities people need to progress.

Michelle is also an experienced business coach, mentor and professional speaker, with a practical commitment to developing people and strengthening organisations.
