Kisane Finch

Kisane brings extensive experience in education administration, student support and customer service to her role as RTO Administrator at Industry Training Alliance. She supports the day-to-day administration of ITA’s training programs, working closely with students, employers and trainers to coordinate enrolments, maintain accurate records and support compliance requirements.

Her background includes a range of roles with TAFE NSW across education administration, learning support, business support and contract assurance for the Educational Pathways Program. Earlier experience in banking, retail and horticulture further developed her practical approach to customer service, problem-solving and business operations.

With strong organisational skills and attention to detail, Kisane is committed to providing responsive, professional support and helping students navigate their training journey.
