Safework Australia released a new Code of Practice – Psychosocial Hazards in the Workplace. The Code provides practical guidance on how to comply with general and specific duties under the legislation.

  • Obligations and responsibilities of PCBU’s

  • Why is it important to manage psychosocial hazards at work

  • Responsibilities for managing psychosocial hazards in the workplace

  • Who is at risk

  • Work-related psychosocial hazards and risk factors

  • Overview of risk management approach

  • Completing a Psychosocial Risk Assessments

  • Reporting and responding to reports
